It is our expectation that results will be returned within 14 days of receiving samples.

Once samples arrive at BHB they are time stamped, bar-coded and placed in temperature regulated storage (gDNA samples will be kept at 4°C, cDNAs kept at -20°C). Unless otherwise directed they will be loaded on the appropriate StellARray™ or XenoQ™ plate and run on our fully robotic ABI 7900HT Real-Time PCR System. The data generated will be analyzed with our proprietary Global Pattern Recognition™ v. 2.0 algorithm.

Results
As soon as we have completed the project, an email containing the login credentials to access the data and results will be sent. Once the results have been reviewed, feel free to contact us for consultation to interpret results, answer any questions or discuss further projects.
