StellARray™ qPCR Array
Each StellARray™ qPCR Array has been designed to provide scientists with multiple functions. Primer pairs have been designed to detect both RNA (as cDNA)
and genomic DNA in separate assays. This design approach provides the direct capability to analyze both gene expression and genomic DNA copy-number variations
(CNV) derived from the same primer pairs. Additionally, this provides a means for defining both positive and negative controls while maximizing the use of the plate
'real-estate'. Additional aspects include:
- Every assay is wet lab validated and selected to yield single peak melt curves
- Strict manufacturing QA/QC procedures to ensure consistency of performance
- Each 96 well StellARray™ qPCR Array contains 94 genes of interest plus genomic and RNA controls
- 384 well StellARray™ qPCR arrays provide extensive gene coverage for higher level profiling
- Customers can combine any four 96 well StellARray™ qPCR arrays into a 384 well StellARray™ qPCR array
