Senior Sales Respresentative

Responsibilities
Work with field sales representatives to qualifying leads, prospect and evaluate sales opportunities. Generating quotes and providing product information, as well as daily inside sales administration duties. Scheduling, advertising, and support logistics for seminars. Providing support logistics and attending tradeshows.

Qualifications
• Experience in selling gene expression consumables and/or instruments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, professional appearance and a determination to succeed.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, or equivalent software.
• Proactive attitude, ambition, and the confidence necessary to achieve assigned quota.
• Experience developing new markets and sales strategies.
• Moderate travel (25-50%) and Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must be comfortable in a start up environment where responsibilities are broadly defined and resources are limited.

Requirements
• This position requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree (BS) in a technical science, biology, chemistry or equivalent.
• Completion of graduate level courses or MBA would be beneficial but not necessary.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
